I have had a sixty year career dedicated to budget and regulatory issues. I worked for OMB, including a postion as its Assistant Director. Soon I will be reaching my 88th birthday and I am going to slow down. That said I have a project underway in which I am attempting to harness the popularity of cybercurrency to address the fiscal deficit.
