ST. PAUL, Minn.– The Minnesota Department of Revenue announced that the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office recently charged Abdelaziz Moustafa Elsayed with one tax-related felony.
Mr. Elsayed is charged with one count of possessing untaxed tobacco products and unstamped cigarettes.
