VIRGINIA – Two Virginia companies and three individuals were indicted on cigarette smuggling charges Wednesday.
Sixty-year old Reba Marcelle Myers, of Clearbrook, 52-year old Lisa Renee Lindquist, of Winchester, and 40-year old John Barrett Fairchild, of East Islip, New York, have been indicted.
