Madison County Sheriffs Deputies have nabbed two men who were In possession of thousands of dollars in untaxed cigarettes.
Someone phoned in an anonymous tip that 33 year old Eric Graham and 48 year old Brian Congdon were transporting the smokes from the Buffalo area back to Madison County. The pair was stopped after they pulled off the Thruway and police were waiting.
