UTICA, NY – Three local men are under arrest after Utica Police investigated several convenience stores in the area for selling counterfeit cigarettes and synthetic drugs.

Mohamed Alshuja of Romano Convenience, Muneef Kassim of Plaza Deli, and Borhan Albaadani of Amazing Mart each face charges of possession of synthetic drugs, and each has also had their license to sell cigarettes suspended.
