A 31-year-old New York man pleaded guilty Tuesday to possessing five fraudulent passports and five cartons of untaxed cigarettes when a state trooper stopped him for a traffic violation on Interstate 81 in Lebanon County.

The fraudulent passports were from the Republic of China, according to court papers.
