The following is a statement from the aforementioned report.

  • · OCD and OP have begun to report measures of the number of inquiries received and responded to each month. OCD and OP are working to respond to inquiries from all stakeholders in a timely fashion. As CTP matures, OCD and OP will be setting targets for inquiry response times.
