MR. BUSSEY: Government is trying to decide what to do about the security of critical infrastructures. Business similarly puts it at the top of their list. But when business asks for help or looks to the government to say, “Here are new perpetrators,” that information isn’t as forthcoming. What’s the status of this, and what’s the fix?
