NIST will release the final version of Special Publication 800-53, Revision 4, Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations, on April 30th. Copies of the updated publication can be obtained from the NIST web site at http://csrc.nist.gov/publications/PubsSPs.html.
