The main event: On Wednesday, the schedule calls for the next chapter of Sen. Ted Cruz’s blistering opposition to the ICANN transition. The Texas Republican has called a hearing of the Senate Judiciary subcommittee on Oversight, Agency Action, Federal Rights and Federal Courts, which he chairs.
