“We’ve already seen Pearl Harbor.” That’s what electric cooperative leader Duane Highley told key senators when asked about the next potential cybersecurity attack on electric utilities.
Highley, president and CEO of Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas, testified June 9 on behalf of NRECA before the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, which is considering several bills to form a comprehensive energy policy.
