CO Publishes Revised Draft of the Proposed Revisions to Coal Mining Regulations
The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board has published:
- Proposed Revisions to the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining; and
- Proposed Statements of Basis, Purpose, and Specific Statutory Authority for the Proposed Revisions to the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining.
Both documents are attached below. Comments are due by February 23, 2011.
