EPA Seeks Comment on Important Air Regulation ICR
On January 12, 2012, the U.S. EPA published Federal Register notice seeking public comment on EPA's proposed submission of an approved Information Collection Request to the Office of Management and Budget for extension. Before submitting the ICR to OMB for review and approval, EPA is soliciting comments on specific aspects of it. This ICR is for EPA's Clean Air Interstate Rule To Reduce Interstate Transport of Fine Particle Matter and Ozone. This ICR is currently scheduled to expire on February 29, 2012. Comments about it may be submitted to on or before March 12, 2012.
