CBO: Congressional Budget Office Website On Economic and Government Issues
The Congressional Budget Office is charged with providing Congress up to date information on the state of the nation's budget. However, it conducts a number of studies, in considerable detail, at the request of Congress. Many of these studies are placed on its website. Two recent studies of note deal with the Unfunded Mandates Act and the financial ability of "boomers" to retire.
