“My name is Donna…. And I had been on a oxygen machine in the evenings for about 9 months now. And I get my service from Remke Medical here in my location. I’m very pleased with the people. They come and check my equipment on a regular basis to see that everything is operating the way it should be. And the representative they send is always extremely helpful. And courteous. And I really like this service because I looked around into some other people. And their fee is very, very comparable to a person like myself. I have a fixed income I live on and so all these medical expenses get very, very high for me. And I am so pleased with their service. And I would be terribly upset if we got somebody in that is being serviced to us because they’re the lowest bidder. I don’t know anything about their service or their machinery and I do hope that Congress will rethink what they have done by this thing they calling competitive  bidding. I know that the expenses are high but the reason I went with this company is not only because of their excellent service. But because the price that I pay is so great. And I appreciate that so much that it doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg to be on my oxygen every evening. And I thank you for who ever listening and whoever can help out in this care for Senior Citizens. Thank you.
