Good afternoon. …I recently had my right big toe amputated and I’ve been receiving medical treatment at home and the person that’s doing my treatment forewarned me that there’s a possibility that starting the 1st of the year, that he would no longer be able to come to the house and give me the kind of treatment that I have been getting in the past and I would like to just make my opinion known that I would like to keep the benefits that I have and not to have anything changed with them.
