“Hi. … I wanted to call and let you know how disappointed I am that the new law for Medicare patients is not helping them have access to their medical equipment supplier due to competitive bidding which Congress has set is very disheartening. I went into this local store and they said ‘well, I’m sorry but we are in the process to change and we are not able to acknowledge patients that have Medicare and you have to pay the regular price.’ And he said that you are more than welcome to go to some other stores in our area and he was very gracious about it. I am just really sad to see that the small businesses in the American economy are being taxed and squeezed out by the bigger corporations just because of low bidding. So, I hope that Congress will consider what they will be like when they are at that age of need and have no access. Hopefully that will be a consideration for the future. Thank you.
