“According to a new law passed by Congress, we could be forced to use a different home medical equipment supplier that was chosen by the US Government because if a low bid rather than the one that we currently are using. We are very pleased, we do not want to have a change. And so as a result, I’m calling to ask you to please forward this message on to whoever it needs to go to, to let them know that we don’t need to be changed. That happened to us once before, we made the change, we had horrible service, and it wasn’t long before Medicare came back with a letter to us saying they had made a mistake and that we could go ahead and use whomever we chose. We had to change it back again. That gets very confusing. … Thank you.”
