“Hi. I would just like to be sure that we can maintain the durable equipment that we have. My husband is ill and we have to have those things at home and I just want to make sure that they are still available to us and that nobody is telling us from whom we can get them. So if there is something I can do to be of help, in that regard, I would certainly be willing to do that.
