“I am calling about competitive law bidding. I live in a small town of 7,000 and we have only one equipment provider. And when we need somebody, he always comes when we call. He is on call 24 hours a day. And we have got used to him and if it was somebody else, they would have to come 20 miles to where I live. And a lot of times the utilities go out or something happens to the machines, and you have to call him. If you live alone, like I do, I guess you just spend time. Maybe that is what they want. But anyway, they need to let the peole that are doing it, do it, because they do a good job. And that is all I have to say.”
