“I have oxygen in my home. And I don’t want to change because it’s hard for me to get to know how to work everything because I can’t walk a lot or I get out of breath. And when I do call the service I’ve got, they’re here right away. And that I really don’t want to change and I don’t know why you have to change. When I’ve got the service that I’ve got that takes care of me so good. Now I have to do this call when they’re right here. Please do something about this. Thank you.”
