“I’m calling about the competitive bidding and it’s not going to serve me very well for us to be changed because we lose our freedom to choose our own medical equipment providers and I’m satisfied with the service that I get now. So how will this new change help us? How will it help us? I would like to know that.  And I’m not happy with the change, with the law that has been changed. and its affect on the physical and mental health. I dont need anything that is going to mess with my mental health, that is for sure. I just want to let you know I am unhappy with the change.”
