My dad is 92 and my step mom is 85. We use these resources and having them close an accessible with the local businesses, we feel really care and are helpful. This is not the place cut out fraud. This isn’t where the fraud is. You need to be looking at other directions. Please don’t to this to our either small businesses or us who utilize this system. Don’t penalize us.
