The Government Accountability Office just released a "performance and accountability report" about itself. Only parts of its are about procurement and contracting. The 204-page report also details how the GAO works hard to expose fraud, waste and abuse. The GAO report illuminates a way of thinking about government that they believe should be shared by taxpayers, lawmakers, government employees and contractors.
