"The Office of Management and Budget wants agencies to measure the value of their enterprise architecture program each quarter for the next 15 months.
OMB’s Federal Architecture Program Management Office will release guidance to agencies in the coming months detailing how they should measure the value of enterprise architecture to program performance. In addition, OMB is asking agencies to provide a detailed description of each milestone, a target completion date and a description of the evidence proving the agency completed the milestone."
