Chisinau. Moldovan customs officers foiled a cigarettes smuggling attempt. More than 1,100 boxes of cigarettes were found during a check on buss at the Skulen customs checkpoint, Moldinfo reported. The bus was stopped for a thorough check. Following the risk analysis method, authorities decided to check the entire vehicle and thus found a total of 1,137 boxes of cigarettes hidden behind the two doors of the bus.
